Lebolt & Co. sterling silver, hand beaten compote bowl on long stem flaring to circular foot. The compote has an applied engraving inside of the bowl in Arts & Crafts style, measuring 3 1/4 inches in height and 12 inches in diameter. The weight is 28 troy ounces.

Apart from the Kalo Shop, the other large and long-lived Chicago silversmith was Lebolt & Co.  J. Myer Lebolt added a handwrought silversmithing department to his family's Chicago jewelry store in 1912. In 1912, J. Myer LeBolt added silversmithing to his family Chicago jewelry store. LeBolt also had a retail store in Paris in the 1920's. A rare piece of Arts & Crafts sterling from the Chicago area. Bearing hallmarks as shown.
